Refund Policy

We want your holiday order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at zhibotong01@outlook.com so we can help.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

How to start a return

Email zhibotong01@outlook.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping is included in the product price, so there is no separate standard shipping charge to refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
